ADDITIONAL SERVICES
GUIDED MINDFULNESS MEDITATION AND RELAXATION
1:1 mindfulness meditation and deep relaxation sessions are available for current clients, designed to complement therapy and support ongoing wellbeing.
These sessions provide a gentle pause within the day — an opportunity to step out of busyness, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of calm and steadiness. Many clients find them especially helpful during periods of increased stress, alongside work or study commitments, or as a regular practice to support emotional balance over time.
Sessions are tailored to each person’s needs and level of experience, and are offered via Zoom in 20 or 30-minute blocks. Appointments are available in the early morning, during the day, or in the early evening, making them easy to integrate into your routine.
SUPERVISION FOR PSYCHOLOGISTS
Jodie provides Clinical Supervision to psychologists. She is registered by the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency (AHPRA) as a Board approved Supervisor. She is currently offering supervision to Probationary Psychologists undertaking Higher degrees (Secondary Supervision) and for fully registered Psychologists requiring Continuing Professional Development.
