Enquiries about appointments may be made via the online contact form below. Once received, you will be contacted by Jodie to discuss your referral request.
(Please note that Jodie provides individual therapy for people aged 15 years and over. She is unable to take on any new child client referrals at this time).

Thank you for your enquiry about support services with Jodie. All enquiries will be treated with sensitivity and are confidential. You will contacted as soon as possible (usually within 2-3 working days of your form being submitted). Response time may be longer during holiday periods.
